Please note that once the user has paid and participated in the nbpc photography Salon/Circuit/Exhibition round, no matter whether he has disqualified,not won any award or accepatnce in the nbpc salon/circuit/exhibition, in any circumstances the amount he spent to participate in salon/circuit/exhobition round will not be refunded as it is a non-refundable.
