By profession he is a businessman. But from very childhood he likes to study and shoot birds. He has a very good collection of bird species shots. He has contributed with his amazing photography in many Bird photography publications. He has travelled every corner of India with his camera for taking bird shots. He has sound knowledge on birds’ behavior. He has contributed much, if not whole, to build up the aviary at Raiganj Wildlife Sanctuary. He has been also instrumental in making the aquarium of exotic fishes at RWS. He was assistant secretary of NBPC(2009-2011).
